Answers to Common Questions About AMDECON Training

AMDECON training is delivered online and available 24/7. After a student enrolls in an AMDECON course, they receive immediate access to the full training curriculum and work through the material at their own pace within the allowed completion period. AMDECON courses are not live webinars and do not require scheduled attendance; this flexible delivery model reflects AMDECON’s instructional design and field-based experience.

For a more detailed explanation of AMDECON’s training structure, delivery, and step-by-step student experience, see our How It Works page.

No. Certification is issued to individuals, not companies. AMDECON’s certification programs are designed to confirm an individual’s knowledge and ability. A simple way to think about it is like a driver’s license: a company may own vehicles, but only individuals can hold a driver’s license. In the same way, companies do not receive certification, but individuals do when they complete the full AMDECON training and pass the exam.

Training begins immediately after enrollment. Most students can access their courses within minutes of completing the sign-up process.

Full certification courses must be completed within 10 months of enrollment. Annual refresher courses must be completed within 45 days. It is the student’s responsibility to complete training within the allowed time frame. Extensions are not provided.

Exams are designed to confirm understanding of the course material, not to trick students or cause failure. Exams are open-book, and students may retake them as needed until they achieve a passing score
